1. Choose the month you wish to book your charter.
2. Click on the day you wish to book and wait for the next page to load
3. Select the trip you wish from the "what's available" menu and then click "book now" at the bottom
4. Select the number of people in your party on the drop down menu.
5. Fill out the billing information. A credit card is required to book your charter, but you may send a personal check or use PayPal to pay your deposit. Please indicate in the "additional info" box at the bottom of the reservation page if you want to use PayPal or if you are sending a personal check for the deposit.
6. In the "additional info" box, please include information such as the name of your ship or hotel, arrival and departure times to Juneau, and any other pertinent information.
7. IMPORTANT: make sure to read and then check the "view policy" box
8. Click "check out" at the bottom of the page
9. If you have questions or you are having trouble with the forms, e-mail Captain Todd or call him on his AT&T Wirelsss at 907-723-2799.
10. CHECK YOUR E-MAIL FOR A CONFIRMATION! If you do not receive an immediate confirmation e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org after you click the submit button, then your trip did not get booked. Try again or contact Captain Todd. After you receive your initial confirmation from blueclawsolutions, Captain Todd will send another personal e-mail confirmation later with more detailed information like exact charter times, where to meet him, etc. This personal e-mail confirmation will be sent only after the deposit has been received and cleared. This may take a day or two, but if you haven't heard from Captain Todd by a third day, please contact him directly.
